Master of Muppets Holy Hell was this unexpected. Gorgeous, suffocating doom atmospheres stitched together with highly effective vocals and absolutely killer riffs, all on offer for $1? Ye gods, this is glorious stuff, highly recommended for fans of stoner doom and dark, psychedelic rock. Favorite track: Pale Blood Sky.

Damion Alexander Absolutely crushing riffage that's beyond a mile high; how these guys initially slipped my radar is beyond criminal. If you've read this far, just push "purchase", strap on some headphones, and prepare for Green Druid to show you the true meaning of "heavy". Oh, and at 4:18 of "Agoraphobia"...WOW!! That chugging riff took me straight back to the first Trouble album which is total win in my book. "Ashen Blood" is abso-posi-lutely essential!!
Mortimer Potts

Mortimer Potts Very good second chapter: sweet guitar tone, the one that keeps an old doomster coming back again and again; a couple of unexpected passages; two or three riffs from the best pages of the book; high ability to hold out the long distance. Hope they’re coming back soon with more heaviness. (The 4’00” thing is right, actually 3'34" for me.) Favorite track: Pale Blood Sky.

Recording this album was a journey over a year and a half in the making that served as the foundation we all needed in our lives during some of the most chaotic, confusing, and depressing circumstances we have seen in our lifetimes. Music is the one thing that keeps us all grounded in this crazy world. Creating this album was a huge part of that.
We hope you all enjoy letting this album enter your earholes as much as we enjoyed creating it.

We never thought that this project that started as a humble stoner rock band in a basement in Denver would become such an important part of our lives. The reach and the feedback that we have received has seriously blown our minds.

Green Druid hails from the land of Denver, CO. We like heavy fuzz riffs, plodding rhythms and long songs. In our off time, we worship at the altars of Sleep, Electric Wizard and Bongripper -- praying for them to give us the strength to spread doom and reefer to those in need. ... more
